Sweet and sour fish is one of my favorite dishes of all time. It’s the time where you can make a twist on your simple fried fish and you are gonna add some yummy flavorful kinda spaghetti sauce but not exactly like that—only similar to that and you can have a great meal which is not boring. What’s good about tomato sauce plus carrots, ginger, garlic, onion and onion leaves? Well, it is healthy to add it in your protein diet meal. Like the carrots, it helps to improve the eyesight and the tomato has lycopene—it has been considered a potential agent for prevention of some types of cancers.
That’s why it is advisable to practice your kids to eat some veggies even they are young, so they can practice it until they grow older. And with this sweet and sour fish definitely they will not gonna notice the vegetables added to it. This is totally a genius idea for your family to start a healthy living that will leads to a happy life.
And do you know that a sweet and sour type of food is very versatile? For example, when you are using fish—you don’t need to stick with one kind of fish. Actually, you can use any kind or any size of fish to make a sweet and sour meal. The only thing you need to do is to fry the fish and put it in a plate and you can cook the veggies together with the tomato sauce in a pan then later just pour it in to your fried fish to be ready for serve. Very simple and yet very healthy, honestly, if we are tired of cooking so many dishes we can really rely on this one it’s like cooking effortlessly and no time consuming.
Like yesterday, this sweet and sour was our meal—really yummy although we ate lots of rice because of the sauce was really rich and flavorful our appetite boost big time. It was not that bad though, to eat a lot every once in a while but of course diet, exercise and discipline is a must—especially, if you want to have a Picture Perfect moment in your photo album.
